I have no idea why you can't get on the internet. By default windows 7 has supports almost every (if not every) on board ethernet ports. If not then you'll have to get at least the lan drivers for your motherboard and then download the rest of the drivers you need once you get the onboard land running.
Hi There, I recently upgraded my Windows 2003 R2 server to Windows 2008 R2. Since the upgrade Acronis True Image Echo Server for Windows installed on the server stopped working with the following error message: Program Compatibility Assistant This program is blocked due to compatibility issues Program: Acronis True Image Published: Acronis Location: C: Program Files (x86)Acronis TrueImageEchoServer TrueImage.exe The application event log shows the floowing critical error event: The application (Acronis True Image, from vendor Acronis) was hard-blocked and raised the following: Acronis True Image is incompatible with this version of Windows. For more information, contact Acronis. I tried un-installing and re-installing Acronis. I also tried using Compatibility tab on the application properties window but with no luck. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products. Check user guide here In order to investigate the issue I would recommend you open a new support case using the following link Attach the following diagnostic information to your reply: - Press the Start button, choose Run, type 'drwtsn32' and hit Enter; - In the dialog that appears check the 'Log File' and 'Crash Dump' paths, then click the OK button; - Reproduce the problem; - Pick up the user.dmp and drwtsn32.log files in the directory specified at step 2 and send them to us. Also include sysinfo: - Open Start Programs Accessories System Tools System Information; - Choose the 'Save' option in the 'File' menu (or 'Action' menu under Windows 2000), enter the 'File name' and set the field 'Save as type' to 'System Information File (*.NFO)'; - Send us the saved file.
Hi, I'm in a similar situation, I've installed Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server (9.7) on a Windows Server 2008 R2 (x64) and now I cannot uninstall it. It fails to uninstall.
Win qsb 64 bits. I've tried to: - repair the installation, and uninstall - not uninstalling - tried to upgrade to Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 - fails at unintalling the True Image Echo, and stops there. - i've tried the KB 4117: Acronis True Image Echo Cleanup Utility, the utility fails to uninstall the product.
